Traditionally, minorities have been groups of people who were usually vulnerable to oppression or marginalisation by the general population, and as a survival tactic, they did their best not to be heard and not to be seen. Keeping a low profile, was the name of the game.

Fast forward to today, minorities are outspoken more than ever and at times even becoming oppressive themselves, when they feel they have been somehow wronged or offended. A perfect example of this new phenomenon, is the LGBTQ+ club staging rallies and protests every time a new Dave Chappelle special drops.

Of all the minorities that usually get very vocal when they are offended, Allen McJustice's favourite has to be the Jewish community. He learned that when they came after Nick Cannon for his comments during a podcast with rapper Professor Griff.

When the Jewish community feels that they have been somehow wronged by someone, they have a very clear and concise redemption process in place:

Step 1, roll out the podium and make a public statement and apology.

Step 2, have a mobster style sit-down with a couple of rabbis.

Step 3, Photo Op at the Holocaust Museum.

Did you complete all three steps? If yes, you are immediately welcomed back and all is forgiven.

And of all the minorities that get very vocal when they feel they have been wronged somehow, the most disorganised community has to be African Americans says Allen! Their redemption process is so disorganised, he is not even sure if a process exists.

As soon as you anger Black people, you’re immediately in the cross hairs of Black Twitter. But what if you want to make a comeback and be redeemed? What is the process? Nobody knows…

Do you remember the meltdown that Michael Richards a.k.a Cosmo Kramer had at the Laugh Factory? Is he still alive? Has anyone heard from him?

What about Randy Marsh? Has anyone heard from him? Does he still live in South Park?

Allen first realised that the Black community doesn’t have a redemption process in place when they came after Don Imus for his comments about some African American female basketball players by calling them, “Rough nappy headed hoes.”

And to Don Imus’ credit, he did make an effort to apologies for the comments, multiple times, both on his own show and other talk shows.

And of all the radio shows that Don Imus visited on his apology tour, he stopped by a radio show of a well known civil rights activist and figure, Al Sharpton. But Al Sharpton being the jerk that he is, didn’t want to hear it, and just wanted to give Don Imus the business, driving him into frustration.

Don Imus: “It’s like that old country song, God might forgive you but I won’t, Jesus may love you but I don’t. So I can’t get any place with you people, but I can get some place with Jesus.”

Al Sharpton: “You people!? What do you mean you people Mr. Imus!?”

Allen says that if he was in Don Imus’ place he would have looked Al Sharpton directly in the face and said, “You know what AL? Kiss my ass! I’m going back to saying Nappy, Nappy, Nappy headed hoes!”

To be completely fair to Don Imus, he is so old, that he remembers a time when he is walking down the sidewalk and if he sees a couple of black men, he would confidently keep walking forward because he knows those black guys will cross the street and walk on the other sidewalk because a white man is coming through. And people are surprised he has the words “Nappy headed hoes” in his vocabulary?

Thank god at least Patrice O'Neal set the record straight.
