Following Carlos Mencia’s attempt to make a comedy comeback, which unfortunately flopped, Hollywood insider Johnny Inside, started to rethink and analyse Carlos' fall from grace after Joe Rogan exposed him for joke stealing in the early 2000s. Is Carlos a joke thief? Maybe, I don’t know him personally, so I can’t be sure, says Johnny. However, is he talented? Absolutely 100%!

First of all, Carlos is a Honduran whose real name is Ned Holness. The name Ned is in the same name category as Ted, Ben, Bill, Bob and Brian. So the fact that he was able to pull off an identity of a Tijuana Mexican for over a decade before anyone began to be suspicious, that’s freaking talent!

If a news story ever broke that Carlos Mencia was recruited or at any point in time was working for a secret intelligence organisation, I would be the least surprised person in the world, says Johnny. His reaction would be, “God damn! That’s a good hire! Who else has that kind of work experience of being deep undercover for years with no protection?”

Carlos might be a mediocre comedian but he definitely is an amazing actor! Most actors finish their acting as soon as the director says “Cut;” not Carlos. This guy was in character 24/7 for over a decade, where is his Academy Awards Oscar trophy?
