With the rise of the OnlyFans platform and sex work going mainstream and becoming the new norm, two questions come to mind. The first question is, sex chat websites and sex cam websites have been around since the 1990s, so what is it about this specific platform that it can cast a spell on average square women and give them the desire to want to become digital prostitutes? The second question, is it even a good idea to be in a relationship with someone who does sex work? We caught up with relationship expert Dr. Laura Bangherberg to give her insights on this rising phenomenon.

According to Dr. Laura, first of all, a man’s wife is not only his possession, but his most prized possession! Now this notion might not be popular to mention in the 21st century, especially to women i.e. “I’m not a man’s property, I am an independent woman! etc...”

And to that Laura says, “Good luck to ya! Good luck to yall being single at 40 with no man and 13 cats; Good luck to yall!”

When a woman gets married, she takes on her husband’s last name. What more obvious of a gesture does one need, in order to understand that a married woman becomes her husband's property? Why does anyone put their name on anything, for other than the fact, to let other people know, who this item belongs to?

And as with other items of possession, would you let random people drive your car? No! Would you let random people walk into your house? No! Would you let random people wear your clothes? No! So why would you let random people see your most prized possession in her most intimate of moments and positions? Intimate moments and positions, that theoretically speaking, should only be reserved for you!

The second reason to avoid being in a relationship with someone doing sex work, is the risk it poses to the relationship. Imagine your wife or girlfriend is a porn star. And on the set she has sexual encounters with many men and one of them, kisses her in a way that you are unable to, hits her G-spot in a way that you are unable to, lasts in bed longer than you can, etc…. and one day just like that, “Bye honey, I found someone else.” So every day that your partner goes to her job, you are putting the future of your relationship at risk. Why would any man that thinks logically, volunteer to put themselves in that position?

And lastly, imagine this mind-twist! And by the way, Laura would like to thank professional athletes for this insight and being honest in some of their interviews. When you listen to them they occasionally blurt it out, “Man, if it wasn’t for this pay-check, I wouldn’t pick up a tennis racket or a basketball or a football every again.” Meaning, anytime you do something that you love but it becomes a job, you innately start to resent it sooner or later.

So imagine the following scenario, your wife or girlfriend comes home from “Work,” and you’re in the mood for some sexy time and she responds with, “Oh not today honey, I’m tired, been at work all day. I don't want to bring my work to the house.”

What?!?!?!?

So let me get this straight, random men at work get to directly sleep with you, random men around the world get to indirectly sleep with you through a three second Google search, but I, the guy who loves you, the guy who takes care of you, the guy who consults you, I don’t get no puntange? Talk about a mind-job!
